Nothing beats exercising in the warm pool and walking the treadmill in there to help get things moving again with I less pain. Everybody is awesome and very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to help someone out, even if your not working with them... I highly recommend

I cannot express how much I love Body Works Physical Therapy. They are so kind, understanding and really work hard on setting a plan to get you feeling better. They explain everything and they are very knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would also like to mention how clean it is. All equipment, beds and chairs are wiped down after each use. I recommend anyone who need therapy to come here and see for yourself. The owner Lisa is amazing!!

I highly recommend BodyWorks for physical therapy. They start you in the pool until you improve enough to go to land. Your therapy will include stretches, homework and exercises using their various equipment. The entire staff is kind, caring and willing to answer any questions you may have. They also take the time to explain your condition using a skeleton and photos on the computer. You learn how to make daily life easier by adjusting how you move when you do things. An excellent place to go and heal.

The pool is amazing and the only one like it around the twin tiers. It is private and you don’t have other people watching you work out, I have not been able to do anything physical without severe pain for nearly 2 years due to a back injury. I was a very active person before my injury. The pool has a treadmill that gives me the ability to walk almost pain free and I am so grateful for that. The therapist is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Body Works.

I had back surgery at the end of March, I started Aqua therapy 2 weeks later. The warm water and the gentle resistance does wonders for your pain and healing. You will gain strength and confidence quickly as you increase your speed and stamina on the underwater treadmill. After 6 weeks, I graduated to "land" and the kind of PT / Yoga stretching therapy has been great for not only my back but overall core strength and wellbeing. It's not your everyday PT, I'm sold on the Yoga! The staff is very attentive to individual needs of each client, and I can't imagine a better outcome for recovery than what I'm receiving and see others achieving as well. Body works is the way to go. Highly recommended
